In order to further help merchants to do a good job in shelf scene management and let them feel the details of the commission reduction and exemption of each order in real time, Tik Tok E-commerce plans to adjust the policy logic of commission exemption for commodity cards from the current rebate to real-time commission exemption, and handle the real-time calculation of technical service fees for commodity card orders that have been completed.
According to reports, Tik Tok E-commerce has issued the “Policy Rules for Supporting the Latest Commodity Cards of E-commerce in Tik Tok”, and launched a commission-free activity for commodity cards from September to December, changing the commission refund for next month to real-time commission-free.
In order to help merchants smoothly transition to the real-time commission-free policy, the platform stipulates that September is a transition period, during which merchants can complete designated tasks to enjoy the bimonthly commission-free rights in September and October.
Real-time commission-free is an upgrade of the commission-free policy for commodity cards. Merchants can get commission-free income in real time in the next month of orders completed in the current month, and the commission-free calculation is based on the commodity card orders marked in real time.
Starting from October, merchants can get real-time commission-free goods card orders every month. As long as they complete the specified tasks in September, they can enjoy the real-time commission-free rights of goods card orders in October.
Real-time commission exemption will further enhance the satisfaction of merchants, enhance their confidence and enthusiasm in operating commodity cards, shorten the time of capital circulation, improve the efficiency of capital circulation, help merchants to develop global interest e-commerce more deeply, and bring them reliable support and growth.
Merchants only need to participate in the activities and complete the commission-free task in the current month, and the commodity card orders generated next month can be exempted in real time, and the commission will be directly reduced on the settlement bill. For example, if the merchant completes the task in October, the commodity card order settled in November will be free of commission in real time, and the commission will be directly reduced on the settlement bill. The specific amount of relief is subject to the statistics and calculation of the platform.
In addition, after the merchant completes the activity task, the commodity card order in September is still settled in the form of commission rebate and returned to the merchant’s account on October 20.
This commodity card commission-free activity is divided into four phases, from September to December, once a month. Merchants who set up a shaking shop in Tik Tok E-commerce, and the shop is in normal business status, and receive the commission-free push task from Tik Tok E-commerce in each issue, can register for free, and only need to register once during the activity period to participate in the subsequent activities in each issue.
